Noriaki SANGAWA
1971年生まれ、高松市出身、1990年に濱野年宏主宰の美術団体RYUに入会。1994年に大阪芸術大学を卒業、1998年にアンドレイ・イェメツ教授の指導の元にリュブリャーナ大学美術アカデミー大学院絵画科を終了。リュブリャーナ在住。
コンセプト:
色の本来の輝きと本質を追求し、色と形の織りなす世界を紡ぎながら、生まれてくる形と色を無形の世界から掬いあげて、そこに現れる瞬間のきらめきを捉えて画面に定着させる。流れる時間を切り取り、画面には永遠に流れる瞬間をとどめる。

Noriaki Sangawa
Noriaki Sangawa was born in Marugame, Kagawa prefec-ture, Japan in 1971. In 1990 he joined Ryu, the art group lead by prof. Toshihiro Hamano. He graduated from Osaka University of Arts in 1994, and finished his specialisation in painting under the supervision of prof. Andrej Jemec at the Academy of Arts of the University of Ljubljana in 1998. He lives and works in Ljubljana.
Concept:
In the pursuit of the primary brilliancy and essence of colours I guide the form weaved by these colours, scoop out the forms that arise from a formless world, grasp the moment when the form appears and fix it onto the canvas. By cutting out a moment of time's flow, I capture an eternally flowing moment on a piece of canvas.
